What you'll do
- Provide one-to-one care and companionship
- assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
- support mobility and transfers
- provide medication reminders and health monitoring
- prepare meals and encourage hydration and nutrition
- monitor fall risks and safety
- assist with transportation and appointments
- perform light housekeeping, laundry, and pet care
- communicate with families and coordinate care
- document care.
