Resident Assistant — Senior Living and Memory Care

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
• provide meal and hydration assistance
• observe and report changes in condition
• support a clean and safe environment
• follow care and service plans
• encourage daily programming and memory care activities
• promote resident choice and dignity
• follow infection control and emergency procedures
• document care and observations
• report suspected abuse, neglect, or unusual incidents
• communicate with nurses and peers
• attend required training and meetings.
