What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers while following security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• follow procedures for guest entry, deliveries, and restricted areas
• respond calmly to incidents, concerns, disturbances, and critical situations, escalating as required
• document patrols, incidents, observations, and security activities and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Why this role
