It advances business development across markets by negotiating contracts, assessing financial and operational considerations, and coordinating with leadership, analytics, actuarial, and operational teams.

What you'll do

• Lead payor and provider contracting strategy across multiple markets
• identify value-based contract opportunities for FQHC partners and assess capacity for expansion
• manage strategic initiatives related to new markets
• develop relationships with health plans and provider organizations
• research and negotiate contracting opportunities
• oversee procurement of new payor contracts, principally risk-based contracts
• partner with analytics and actuarial teams on financial projections
• communicate contract requirements and support compliance
• assist with implementation and monitor contracting outcomes.
