What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop assigned staff
• oversee service delivery across assigned properties
• coordinate with MPHA property management and Agate teams
• support early identification and prevention of housing stability concerns
• maintain scheduled resident-facing hours
• review documentation, service data, outcomes, and contract deliverables
• support budgets and staffing plans
• represent Agate in operational and community meetings
• travel to assigned properties and service locations.
