Hourly Dietitian

The Hourly Dietitian role is onsite in Clifton Park, NY, at Unidine at Schuyler Ridge. Pay is $32–$38 per hour, with a schedule of 2–3 days and 16–18 hours weekly. The role supports clinical nutrition care in a long-term care setting. The dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy, assesses nutritional needs, and develops individualized care plans to support recovery and health outcomes. Patient and staff education, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and collaboration with food service help advance care and service goals.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• provide nutrition and lifestyle education to patients, families, staff, and the community
• apply current research in line with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols
• contribute to QAPI initiatives
• partner with food service management to support patient satisfaction and service goals
• support staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
