What you'll do

• Evaluate medication orders for drug, dosage, interaction, and administration appropriateness
• ensure medications are correctly supplied and labeled
• recommend therapy changes to physicians and facility staff when necessary
• maintain customer clinical databases
• resolve medication-related queries
• supervise medicine preparation
• maintain controlled-drug records and medication security
• and perform on-call duties when required.
