What you'll do

• Guide qualified homebuyers from consultation to closing
• conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and follow-up
• understand buyer needs, goals, and budgets
• prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• use CRM and real estate sales systems
• serve clients in English and Spanish
• collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
