The Applied Behavior Technician — Full-Time, 30–35 Hours Guaranteed is an onsite role in Grand Rapids, MI, scheduled Monday–Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Wednesdays until 5:30 p.m. Pay is $18–$20 per hour without RBT certification or $19–$21 per hour with RBT certification. Wedgwood Christian Services provides behavioral intervention and services for children and families. The technician works one-to-one with children ages 2–12 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, implementing natural environment teaching and discrete trial training as directed by BCBAs. The role also facilitates play, social interaction, and small-group activities, with training and ongoing supervision provided.
