The nephrologist provides comprehensive kidney care across outpatient, inpatient, intensive care, dialysis, home therapy, and transplant settings. The role contributes to coordinated care and improved outcomes while offering a defined four-year, productivity-based path toward partnership.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive nephrology care across outpatient, inpatient, and ICU settings
• participate in hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home therapies, and kidney transplant care
• coordinate with vascular surgery and other clinicians on access care
• contribute to early intervention and coordinated kidney care
• pursue practice leadership and partnership opportunities as applicable.
