What you'll do

• Respond to public inquiries in person, by phone, email, correspondence, fax, or internet
• maintain customer accounts
• provide wellness or telephone reassurance checks
• conduct outreach to community organizations and service providers
• collaborate with agencies to develop opportunities
• research customer service issues and maintain activity logs, files, and reports as needed.
