Director of Admissions

The Director of Admissions is an onsite, full-time position in Vancouver, WA, with an eight-hour Monday–Friday schedule. Annual starting pay is $75,000–$95,000. The director leads Charter College’s Admissions Department and reports to the Vice President of Admissions. The director manages daily operations, supervises and develops Admissions Representatives, and uses department reporting to guide strategy and meet admissions goals. The role supports consistent admissions practices and aligns the team’s work with student graduation success.

What you'll do

• Manage daily admissions operations and department goals
• supervise Admissions Representatives
• implement policies and best practices
• provide weekly training and coaching
• manage meetings, briefs, and staff evaluations
• analyze department reports and set strategy
• develop campus-generated lead campaigns
• communicate department goals and needs to the Vice President of Admissions
• follow accrediting agency and U.S. Department of Education guidelines.
