Senior Security Compliance Specialist

Job overview

The Senior Security Compliance Specialist role is onsite at LaBella Associates’ Rochester, NY office. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The position supports LaBella’s Operations Department and its information security program. The specialist manages and maintains the ISO 27001 and Information Security Management System program, coordinating controls, audits, risk processes, and reporting. This work supports security compliance, certification readiness, and continual improvement across the organization.

What you'll do

• Manage the ISMS committee and ISO 27001 program
• develop and maintain security policies, processes, and procedures
• control ISO documentation and approvals
• maintain risk assessments, mitigation plans, and the risk register
• coordinate internal and external audits and corrective actions
• manage compliance evidence and the GRC platform
• maintain control ownership and compliance calendars
• coordinate objectives, metrics, and reporting
• work with incident response, continuity, and recovery stakeholders
• coordinate with IT and Operations on security systems and standards.
