What you'll do

• Assist ECE III staff with daily activities and lesson planning
• maintain a safe and healthy learning environment under ECE III and EHS/HS Coordinator direction
• apply early childhood education practices to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences
• build relationships with families and caregivers
• support developmental assessments and bi-annual evaluations
• maintain confidentiality, licensing compliance, attendance and time records
• supervise childcare assistants and volunteers
• contribute to staff meetings and in-service training
• report suspected abuse to a supervisor.
