What you'll do

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using administrative and technical tools
• provide courteous service
• stay current with technical publications and terminal operations
• help ensure vehicle service is delivered safely and as promised
• inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities
• complete paperwork and attach required shop forms
• participate in training.
