What you'll do

• Perform mold setup and color changes
• set molding process parameters with assistance or independently according to skill level
• monitor production accuracy and efficiency
• work with quality inspectors to identify defects
• troubleshoot process, machine, and auxiliary equipment problems
• learn new molding technology
• support productivity improvements and reduce scrap
• maintain safety and 5S standards.
