What you'll do

• Oversee cleanliness of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• monitor room assignments and service levels
• coordinate with Front Office and Engineering
• supervise and coach housekeeping associates
• assist with scheduling, staffing, payroll review, and labor management
• inspect areas for quality and brand compliance
• respond to guest concerns
• manage supplies and equipment
• maintain safety documentation and support training
• participate in hotel meetings.
