The role fills in where needed and performs manufacturing, material handling, finishing, inspection, assembly, and equipment operation while following safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Perform production functions across lamination, material preparation, finishing, inspection, assembly, equipment operation, and material handling
• fill in for absent team members
• operate equipment and tools as trained and certified
• inspect products and processes and support corrective actions
• follow work instructions, schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• assist with inventory movement, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.
