What you'll do

• Inspect buildings and structures for system function, malfunctions, and repair needs
• perform minor electrical and plumbing maintenance
• complete minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work
• prepare surfaces and paint structures and equipment
• order parts and maintain required documents
• perform other duties assigned by management.
