• Coordinate specialized care for advanced heart failure patients who are candidates for mechanical circulatory support
• manage postoperative care and ongoing outpatient management for patients with MCS
• support daily departmental operations and compliance with established requirements
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration
• use current protocols in patient care
• maintain accurate research data
• provide patient and staff support.
