What you'll do

• Ensure departmental and individual safety
• use hands-on leadership, audits, corrective action, and follow-up to meet process and performance goals
• maintain quality standards and monitor quality paperwork, SOPs, and ISO standards
• manage staffing and overtime
• provide feedback and evaluations
• coach employees and enforce policies fairly
• address customer quality expectations.
