What you'll do

• Coordinate provider onboarding and orientation
• match trainees with trainers
• collect training checklists
• coordinate vendor training and certification
• provide onboarding feedback and support
• deliver provider EMR training and track LMS completion
• respond to EMR help tickets and support requests
• assist with clinical technology troubleshooting
• monitor clinic dashboards and compliance
• maintain provider schedules and records
• support coaching, patient retention, and complaint resolution
• provide clinical workflow training and serve as a provider support contact.
