What you'll do

• Facilitate career readiness workshops and refer participants to workshops offered by Goodwill and community partners
• provide job-specific training and support
• deliver job search, pre-employment, placement, and career development services
• use assessments and job search resources to identify suitable jobs
• collaborate with the Business Engagement team and community partners
• develop employer relationships and identify work-based opportunities
• provide customer service at the Opportunity Center
• maintain knowledge of agency programs and community resources
• communicate job expectations and follow applicable guidelines.
