Senior Facility Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Senior Facility Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is $33 per hour for the Monday–Friday day shift, or $33 per hour plus a $2 shift differential for the night shift; night hours are to be determined. The role supports critical facility utility systems used in semiconductor manufacturing operations. This senior technical resource helps maintain reliable facility operations through system monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance leadership, and operational support. The technician also guides maintenance staff and coordinates repairs with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Monitor and operate facility systems using FMCS, BMS, and SCADA
• troubleshoot HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, plumbing, and electrical systems
• respond to alarms and equipment failures
• perform operational switching and support emergency response
• lead preventive and predictive maintenance
• mentor technicians
• coordinate repairs
• maintain CMMS records and work orders
• and follow safety and LOTO requirements.

Why this role
