Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
• conduct routine inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs
• assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• review work orders and track completion
• support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently
• inspect installations for building-code and safety compliance
• perform general maintenance, fire-safety tasks, eyewash and shower maintenance, light electrical work, light plumbing, and light carpentry.
