This role supports the Alden Northmoor Rehabilitation and Health Care Center team in providing direct nursing care to residents. This position exists to provide direct nursing care and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to the customer.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants.
• Assist in developing a written plan of care for each customer.
• Attend and actively participate in customer care plan conferences.
• Report all concerns, complaints made by the customer or their family to the Administrator.
• Make daily rounds to ensure nursing personnel are performing required duties.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments.
• Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feedings, suction, and dressing changes.
