Fund Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Own fund accounting and reporting across investment vehicles and client relationships
• manage allocations, capital activity, waterfalls, and investor capital accounts
• interpret LPAs, side letters, and investment terms
• review reconciliations
• prepare quarterly capital account statements and support annual financial statements
• coordinate with external auditors
• guide team members
• communicate with GPs, investment teams, and institutional investors
• use advanced Excel and technology tools.
