Affordable Housing Property Manager, Brayton Hills

What you'll do

• Foster an inclusive work environment

• maintain occupancy and rent potential
• process application waiting lists
• complete resident selection and certifications
• control expenses against budgets
• prepare for REAC and MOR inspections and maintain quality standards
• conduct lease processes and annual HUD and Tax Credit recertifications
• ensure Section 8 and HUD compliance
• plan property activities
• respond to tenant complaints and emergencies
• provide customer service
• ensure work orders are processed
• conduct unit inspections
• maintain curb appeal.
