What you'll do

• Set up and operate EDM equipment, including Wire EDM and/or Small Hole equipment as applicable
• manufacture electrodes and fixtures
• interpret blueprints and GD&T
• inspect parts with precision measuring tools
• troubleshoot non-conformances and adjust tooling or machine controls
• record production data
• perform preventive maintenance
• recommend tooling and fixture improvements
• deburr, clean, and package parts
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production.
