Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Syracuse, NY. Compensation is $18.75–$22.75 per hour. The role supports GameStop’s store operations and its mission to provide gaming products and customer experiences. Working with minimal supervision, the assistant manager supports the Store Manager, promotes sales and guest loyalty, and helps maintain an organized, safe, and effective store. The role also supervises Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• support sales initiatives and store presentation
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll
• maintain inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• reconcile transactions and deposits
• supervise and delegate tasks when the Store Manager is absent.
