What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers
• manage the classroom and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children according to their needs
• communicate children’s progress with parents through apps and conversations
• partner with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• build relationships with families and coworkers.
