What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop case managers and tenant services coordinators
• support complex client situations through consultation, crisis response, and service coordination
• facilitate multidisciplinary service meetings
• promote Housing First and trauma-informed practices
• review caseloads, service plans, referrals, assessments, and documentation
• conduct file reviews and quality assurance
• monitor program performance and housing outcomes
• carry a caseload and provide direct case management as needed.
