What you'll do

• Manage leasing, maintenance, resident relations, compliance, and reporting
• oversee property readiness and operations
• execute leasing and pricing strategies
• manage rent collections, delinquencies, budgets, expenses, and financial variances
• hire, train, coach, and manage staff
• inspect units, common areas, and building systems
• oversee maintenance, turns, preventative care, capital projects, vendors, and contractors
• ensure regulatory and Fair Housing compliance
• handle resident issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
