Business Development Center Representative and Appointment Setter

The Business Development Center Representative and Appointment Setter role is based at Grayson Hyundai in Knoxville, TN. What you'll do

• Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• make outbound calls to prospective and previous customers
• schedule and confirm dealership appointments
• follow up with no-shows
• maintain customer records in the CRM
• work with the sales team
• meet daily and monthly appointment goals while providing customer service.
