What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor access and maintain entry records
• respond to incidents and alarms under site procedures
• prepare activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs.
