What you'll do

• Respond to clinical and operational teams through a ticketing system
• triage requests by severity and impact and resolve issues within service-level targets
• reproduce problems and document defects for engineering
• escalate issues and support incident response
• troubleshoot using runbooks, FAQs, internal tools, dashboards, and logs
• identify recurring ticket trends
• support response and resolution metrics
• maintain quality-system records for regulated medical devices
• and use sound judgment with privacy-sensitive cases.
