Director of Nursing (DON) – Assisted Living and Memory Care

What you'll do

• Develop and implement nursing services policies and procedures
• participate in management planning and policy discussions
• maintain regulatory requirements
• plan and control the nursing personnel budget
• evaluate nursing staff
• coordinate resident care and education
• oversee resident assessments, Minimum Data Sets, and care plans
• participate in staff interviewing, hiring, staffing, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
