What you'll do

• Install and remove property signage
• conduct routine property checks
• manage keys and vehicle or asset upkeep
• deliver and pick up keys, lockboxes, signs, documents, supplies, and company materials
• support the property-management team and log inventory
• perform minor property maintenance.
