What you'll do

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and vendors while following site procedures
• respond to incidents and concerns in accordance with site protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, classrooms, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• prepare incident reports and communicate observations to company leadership and site contacts.
