What you'll do

• Develop and implement resident programs
• manage the Atria Resident Discovery tool, surveys, monthly calendar, and move-in actions
• evaluate and modify events based on resident interests and the 8 Dimensions of Engagement
• motivate resident participation
• contribute to sales activities and community public relations
• manage departmental goals and budgets
• recruit, schedule, train, and supervise program leaders, volunteers, entertainers, and transportation personnel
• manage resident transportation operations.
