PURPOSE OF THE POSITION. · Report to work when scheduled; directly affect delivery and customer service scores. · Assign work to others and monitor progress of orders to ensure on-time delivery to customer. · Monitor others’ activities and perform own work in safe manner according to safety policies and procedures; always prevent injury to self and others.
