What you'll do

• Complete the clinical team’s training program
• implement skill-acquisition and behavior-intervention plans written by a supervising BCBA
• collect accurate treatment and behavior-program data
• consult the BCBA for support, training, and supervision
• adjust interventions as instructed
• maintain knowledge of client plans
• track supervision hours and maintain RBT credentials and required assessments.
