The Groundskeeper / Light Maintenance role is onsite across three properties in Richfield, MN: The Oaks on Pleasant, Eastfield, and Greenbriar. Pay is $20–$22 per hour for 40 hours per week. The role supports Metes & Bounds properties by keeping their outdoor and shared areas neat and clean. The groundskeeper maintains property exteriors and selected common areas through routine cleanup, landscaping upkeep, and waste handling. This work helps keep the properties’ grounds and entrances orderly for residents and visitors.

What you'll do

• Walk property grounds and pick up trash
• pull weeds and spray sidewalk cracks
• collect branches and water flowers
• move recycling bins and dumpsters
• trim branches over sidewalks
• sweep or blow patios
• empty outdoor trash bins
• remove debris from car wash areas
• clean garages and entry areas.
