Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job overview

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in West Valley City, UT, with services provided in home, school and community settings as needed. Compensation is $19–$24 per hour. Golden Touch ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for individuals with autism. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the RBT implements individualized behavioral plans and records client progress. The work supports clients’ goals and continuity of care through collaboration with families and the care team.

What you'll do

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• use positive reinforcement
• collect and record progress data and maintain documentation
• collaborate with BCBAs, families and team members
