The Business Proposal Analyst is an office-based position in Dallas, TX, with a salary range of $84,900.00 to $113,193.33 per year. This role manages the end-to-end pre-qualification and proposal process for major projects, ensuring compliance and high-quality submissions. The role exists to support project teams by identifying requirements, writing and editing proposal content, and maintaining a library of reusable materials. By conducting win/loss analysis and process improvements, the analyst helps drive business growth and proposal success.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end pre-qualification process across EPC and GC supplier portals.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation across pre-qualification and proposal workflows.
• Update and maintain a central database of Major Projects pursuits.
• Review incoming RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents to identify requirements.
• Support project team in proposal preparation: writing, editing, and organizing content.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal content.
• Conduct win/loss analysis.
