What you'll do

• Conduct one face-to-face session annually with assigned CID agents
• provide counseling services at designated locations for at least five days per quarter
• provide case management for personnel referred for outside treatment and follow-up after treatment
• track cases using a government-provided tracker
• provide briefings and training as required
• support critical-incident events when requested.
