What you'll do

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care during the shift
• support admission and discharge processes
• participate in care-quality assessment
• collaborate with managers and subject matter experts
• support service recovery and engagement initiatives
• contribute to staff selection, training, evaluations, and conflict resolution
• assist with scheduling and labor management
• and support inventory and equipment control. The role may require delivering babies and scrubbing in the OR as needed.

Why this role

Requires Registered Nurse status, an associate degree, two years of Labor and Delivery RN experience, and prior leadership experience in a women’s, Labor and Delivery, NICU, or Mother-Baby unit. BLS is required within 30 days and ACLS within one year of starting.
