Dispatcher — Access Control

The Dispatcher — Access Control role is hybrid in Raleigh, NC, with three onsite days and two remote days. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday with varying, flexible hours; availability may be needed between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The role coordinates field operations and service delivery. The dispatcher connects customers, field personnel, and internal support teams by assigning work, tracking progress, and adjusting schedules as priorities change. Clear communication and accurate records help ensure service work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, installations, or work orders. Monitor workloads and adjust schedules as priorities change. Coordinate with field personnel, project managers, and support teams
• communicate appointment status, delays, and service updates to customers. Track job progress, escalate urgent issues, maintain dispatch logs and work-order documentation, update service management systems, support quality assurance and operational reporting, and provide shift handoffs.
