What you'll do

• Conduct at least 40 face-to-face visits to key community referral sources weekly
• explain SYNERGY HomeCare services to referral sources and consumers
• assist prospective clients with service-agreement paperwork
• coordinate and attend workday or after-hours events and in-services
• maintain relationships with senior centers
• prepare for Monday and Friday morning marketing meetings
• maintain referral contacts in Welcome Home, AXIS Care, and Google Sheets
• update facility signage and materials
• assist with appointments, luncheons, and community visits
• capture event photos and videos for social media
• seek weekly Google reviews as able.
