What you'll do

• Dispense and monitor medications
• support drug selection and procurement
• compound pharmaceutical preparations, including sterile products
• consult with providers on medication therapy
• provide drug information and education
• verify and enter medication orders
• monitor patients receiving pharmacokinetically dosed medications and TPN
• supervise pharmacy technicians
• manage inventory and controlled-substance records
• and participate in clinical rounds and continuing education.
